One of our core values is to manage for the common good of our community, our employees and our business. In order to make a difference we believe everyone must speak up to support members of our community who need our voice to improve their well-being.
Anti-black racism and anti-indigenous racism exist and we, like all organizations, can help by lending our words to take a stand and influence people, governments and organizations to eliminate it.
We have taken the following actions:

- We have made a donation to the Black Health Alliance of Canada and the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund.
- To help build awareness each of our employees will complete training provided by Indigenous Awareness Canada.
We hope other businesses will find ways to make a difference.
